Neolatika Trademarks

The Neolatika name, logo, and product names (including "Lata" and "Neos") are trademarks or registered trademarks of Neolatika Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in India and/or other countries.

Trademark Usage Guidelines

The following guidelines apply to the proper use of Neolatika trademarks:

Use the appropriate trademark symbol (™ or ®) with the first or most prominent appearance of the Neolatika trademark in any materials.
Use Neolatika trademarks as adjectives followed by the generic name of the product or service.
Do not use Neolatika trademarks in a way that suggests any affiliation with or endorsement by Neolatika unless you have a written agreement with Neolatika authorizing such use.
Do not incorporate Neolatika trademarks into your own product names, service names, company names, domain names, or social media account names.
Do not alter Neolatika trademarks in any way, including abbreviating them or combining them with any other words, symbols, or designs.
Do not create logos or designs that are confusingly similar to Neolatika's logos or designs.

Trademark Attribution

When using Neolatika trademarks in any materials, please include an appropriate trademark attribution statement, such as:

"Neolatika, Lata, and Neos are trademarks or registered trademarks of Neolatika Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in India and/or other countries."

Fair Use

Nothing in these guidelines is intended to limit the fair use of Neolatika trademarks under applicable law. However, fair use is limited and subject to specific requirements, so please consult with your legal counsel if you have questions about whether your use qualifies as fair use.
